New World Finn A Quarterly Journal Exploring Finnish Culture In the New World Columns, Reviews of Music and Literature, Poetry, Short Fiction, Translations, News New World Finn is a twenty-eight to thirty-two page non-academic newsprint tabloid about Finns and Finnish emigrants - in both the "old" and the "new" world. You can read about the Finn and Finnish North American newsmakers, musicians, artists, writers - and so many others. You can read their fiction, their poetry, and their commentary. We also publish translations of old and new Finnish writing. The "news" of what is happening in Finnish cultural circles also has its place in NWF.NWF is published in the middle of North America four times a year: December, March, June, and September. It is mailed to subscribers, and will soon be also available as a downloadable PDF.NWF was first published monthly beginning in July of 1999.
